This staff is very nice! Bus as far as people that work here, and run this Toyota, in Riverhead, they all suck.
The last time I had a oil change 2 days later I am driving, my 2013 Toyota 4 runner starts making noise, so I now pull in my driveway, and check my oil and find out there's no oil in my truck, I call them up the manager send a worker that was extremely nice I had to take a car from them. The gentleman that runs the service department is on believably I'm thankful for all the people that do come there this place is a big joke people that are high up do not care about people like us that go there to have our cars for service and the last time I had my car service the service worker that changed my oil when they put my car on the left stay crushed my running boards I had to go back and show them that it was there worker that crushed my running boards so the last two times I have went to this place my truck has been totally destroyed.
I try to speak to the person regional manager that runs the place left my name and number no one ever called me back this Toyota in Riverhead is a big joke I would be very careful if you bring any vehicle there to be serviced they are, the worst dealership that I've ever been to in my life I do not recommend anybody get their oil change their or have any work done to any of their cars the best place to go is in Smithtown ,Smithtown Toyota Diego is the best in Smithtown, he will take care of all your needs and there's a great gentleman and service manager and regional manager in Smithtown..
You really would think that the regional manager would not even call me back at least offer a free car washed or something or all of the stress that they have put me through and all the things that they've done to my car unbelievable that no one even cars anymore I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership to have their car serviced.
If you do have your car serviced I would recheck everything that was done and make sure that your car is not damaged or make sure that they did put oil in your car I would check it the day after and the day after that.
