Michael H was the best 5*. He clearly explained the process for duct cleaning and was very professional. The appointment was scheduled for 2-4pm the next day and reconfirmed within a hour.

The next morning I was harnessed with no less than 6 phone calls wanting to change my appointment to earlier in the day .Tech called and was rude...had waited over a hour for earlier time. My appt was for 2-4!
I asked for new crew at set appointment time.
Refused by Anisse.
My experience went down from there.
Anisse in customer service the only "available" manager was NO help.
I hope a manager calls me back......
