Miguel serviced our tankless hot water heater. I received a text message and email from John Moore indicating the tech was on the way. Miguel arrived within an hour of receiving the text. He explained the service to me, took care of it, and let me know that because the house also has a whole house filtration system, the tankless only needs to be flushed every 3 years. I appreciated his honesty.
