I've been a customer for 2 years, and I will be canceling their service. Service America has very poor service:

1st - very hard process to make appointments via web, and you are almost forced to call the contact center, which provides very bad waiting times.
2nd - the available dates for appointments take several days. This is a show-stopper when you have emergencies. You are basically forced to spend extra money with other companies in those instances.
3rd - their technicians' know-how is extremely limited, and very often it will take 2 or more visits to solve issues.

Overall, I don't find it cost-beneficial to be tied in to a contract with this company.
