Had a great time at Evolation Yoga yesterday! I took the Yin class and it was what I was looking for. Relaxing and calm space and an informative instructor. The studio is beautiful and such a calming atmosphere. I would love to come back and try some of the hot classes. Warm Yin is what I am focused on next but it s really a class to progress in mental strength and flexibility but at a tranquil pace. Thanks again! (Free parking is also a major plus!)
