I have received nonstop messages and phone calls from this company asking to speak with someone I havent remotely heard of. I have explained to them several times that they have the wrong number, have emailed their customer support team explaining the same and for them to remove it from their system. Needless to say they did not do this and I was left with no other choice but to call the company direct. After explaining all the above to the dimwitted representative who answered the call, he asked for my name so he could remove my number from his system. Where is the logic in that? Having explained a second time why I was calling and why he doesn t need my name I think I finally got my number removed. SO MUCH HARD WORK FOR SUCH A SIMPLE ERROR!
