I went to Youngblood Kia to look at a Kia Optima Hybrid. I found this experience to one of the most positive and low pressure experiences I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman, David Lasc, was not only very knowledgeable but also treated me with respect. I purposely went to look without my husband so that I could see if they treated me differently since I was a woman. I found quite the opposite to be true. David explained all of the aspects of the car to me in great detail. He never seemed to "talk down to me" as a female purchaser. When we returned two days later to purchase the car, my husband was with me and I found that David talked with my husband exactly the way he had talked with me, which meant a great deal. We also found the financing to be very low key. We were presented with different options in a manner that made us feel comfortable in choosing the options that were right for us. The finance manager never pressured us. We entered into the finance office knowing exactly what "extras" we wanted and what we didn't. We told him what we wanted and he answered "okay" and went on with the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Youngblood Kia to my friends and family and in fact, already have. They were wonderful to work with and have been very helpful when I stopped back by with questions. They will be getting our repeat business!
