I purchased a used car from Joyce Koons after my existing SUV finally died. Well, I've had to take this car back in 3 times for the same problem, the A/C compressor keeps going bad; bad to the point where it comes apart and it obviously can't be driven since the serpentine belt uses this part as well. Now I understand that this is not a GM product, but when the dealership goes out of their way to state they have trained mechanics who can work on any make of car, I'm not sure how that can be a true statement when a customer has the same problem 3 times in less than one year and the service manager refuses to check with another dealership on why this might be happening. This last time, the car was in Koons for almost two weeks and it's now close to 30 days for the same problem. If this had been a new car, Koons would be looking at a Lemon Law issue.
