The scheduler was friendly. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was notified that the service tech, Kenny, was on his way. Kenny was thorough in his assessment as well as explaining what needed to be completed after his visit. I purchased the service agreement and I look forward to Columbus Worthington Air to service my home in the fall.
