Terrible. I have a mostly finished McClasky Hall Tree with shoe storage taking up space in my garage. Part N was damaged to the point where I could not use it. I emailed and asked for a replacement part. Your representative informed me that you did not have this part on hand - and that I was out of luck. I will be taking this up with Wayfair. I m very disappointed.
