You are not going to get your money back very easily. if you do get anything back or exchange the item(s), you are paying for return shipping, regardless of why the item needs returned. It could have arrived destroyed and mangled, but you will pay for return shipping.

Take your chances or just pay a more reputable company a few dollars more for dependable service. I'll not buy from these folks in my future. I'd rather pay Autozone, Oreilly, Napa, or Advance Auto, they give hassle free warranties.
