This morning the service was poor. The place was most probably filled at 40 %, but I waited for more than half n hour for my food(close to 40 min)which I ordered at the same time as my cuppucino. When it did arrive, it was cold. The manager on duty was called because I asked for another slice of toast which I thought should be given to make up for the poor service delivery..... no, I was told that would be another R9. To me it wasn't about the R9, but more about the priciple.
Long story short, I was given a complementary slice of toast.
Between the waiter and the manage, I had at least five interactions, with no apology. The manager claimed, that she did apologise, but I cannot recall the apology. Her attitude did not go down well with me either. When I mentioned her attitude to her she denied it, in a "tone".
