Outstanding customer service. They were willing to stay well after closing hours to make sure we drove off the same day in our RX350. Stayed positive the whole time. Were reasonable negotiators. Extra features were offered but no pressure. Were proactive in showing us car features. Washed, vacuumed the car once more before we drove off. Had to come back for inspection the next day because techs already left for the night - not a biggie. Overall we left very pleased with our experience. I ve been to many dealerships. These guys beat them all.
