My experience at Lithia Kia of Anchorage was probably not like most others. Mainly because I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle when I went to the dealership but that changed once I saw the 2016 Kia Sorento! I worked with Sales Consultant, Richard Suesue. I ve known Richard for years and expected professional, courteous customer service without feeling pressured I m pleased to say that I was not disappointed! If anything my expectations were surpassed with Richard's knowledge of the vehicles and desire to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
