Waited outside with my wife, it was very cold and very humiliating, The embassy was open, and it was no lines or anybody in front of us, just waited for the sake of waiting, 20 minutes later, they let us in, we were the only ones, the "teller" came and asked us if we made an appointment, when I said we didn't have to, she said ...ok, this will take a long time...?!?!
very negative attitude, unpleasant and rude, when she realized we did our homework and came ready, she started to actually do her work, not before complaining about us for being not nice ...(really?) once she gave the papers to the assistant council things got done quick and officiant, with no issues.
So to the Embassy of Israel: 1) don't let Israeli citizens wait outside in the cold or heat, check us, let us in, and let us wait inside. 2) You can be more professional, nicer, and more welcoming. 3) Waiting room can use some music, newspapers etc, people are waiting for hours.
4) listen to our complains, there is always room to improve,
Thank You for "Dorit" you sweeten our visit.
