Once you go in, the cars are bumper to bumper, and be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour to see an animal. Even the other "positive" reviews note the long lines and wait times. The roads are narrow and often blocked by a single car in the middle, which means that you are stuck in 100 degree heat and cannot even skip to see the next site. The website claims to require pre-purchased tickets online during covid-19, but everyone can just walk in and buy a ticket.

If this is how the company treats its paying customers, how well do we think they treat their non-paying animals? There are plenty of other venues with more robust crowd management and better customer service.
