Told me I didn t have dampers (I do) and that they couldn t fix the issue I have with one room because of it. Cost me $158. Had to get another AC company to come in and fix the problem by adjusting the dampers I knew I had. Cost me another $80. They took 10 mins to adjust the issue. It s says 1 star but it s really 0 stars. Stay away from them. Bad things and bad news
