I wouldn t recommend this company to ANYONE! Stay away. I had multiple dealers telling me to not go through them and it they were right. I was treated poorly by Jenny B. Claiming she was a supervisor then the manager and then a loan agent. Her attitude towards me and the dealer was below professional. She talk to us like we were some kind of ignorant people. Saying she makes money out of the deals she closes and practically doesn t care if we walked away from her approval because she had more customers to assist. I know I have poor credit however That s not the way you treat a customer. She not only made her self look bad but her company. Going 3 days straight to over 5 dealers that when I mention her name and the company they said they don t deal with her because she is unprofessional. I understand that she has to make money and you need strong attitude to deal with dealers but I was not the dealer and every correction I was there to assist. This woman needs to be trained to deal with customers. Please stay away from NEW ROADS AUTO LOANS where clearly it s just a joke. It s not professional to claim your the supervisor, manager and come to find out that she wasn t. I ended getting my car and the loan through another subprime lender.
