UNHAPPY WITH COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE FROM CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. We are insured through Enumclaw Mutual with several cars and two houses. Premiums are favorable, claims leave a lot to be desired. A car runs a stop sign and totals our new car of 4 days with less than 100 miles on the car. Good to get a rental car right away, that is were there service stopped. Original offer to settle was $3,500 below the purchase price 4 days ago. Three offers and several weeks later we finally get the offer with within a few hundred dollars of what we paid. The accident took place in Nov 15, end of January we still haven't received payment for our totaled car. We provided all of the information for payment just after Christmas and were told the payoff would be send to the credit union within a few days. Still not done one month date. The apparently didn't get a required doc from me that I sent using their envelope, didn't bother to notify me that they didn't get the dock Finally figure they need the doc resent. Re-sent again with verification that it was actually received this time, still no payment after a week.
