Not impressed. When you stay at a hotel that is supposed to be one of the top hotels in the city you expect it to be clean, well maintained, and to cater to it's guests. Not the case. We saw the same trash in the hallway near the elevator 3 days in a row (we checked out the 3rd day so it could still be there). Baseboards in our room needed repair/painting. Bathroom was tiny - only one sink with zero room to set anything. They had a coffee maker in our room with the worst set up I have seen. Pods kept in another area, you had to hold the drawer out to use the coffee maker. Room would not cool down - they override the room to be kept at 72 degrees. To contrast that the lobby is FREEZING - we had to meet people down there and it was around 35 degrees. So hard to balance what to wear even in the hotel. Wait staff was great but can't say the same about the rest of the staff. For a hotel who claims to be one of the best they nickel and dime their guests to death. They advertise their gym (which is tiny) and what they fail to mention is that it will cost you $15 a person to use it each day. Just like the internet, you want internet? Sure $24 a day or more if you want the high speed. Parking, sure, we have that too - $75 a day. So just beware of all the added cost that come standard a.k.a FREE at normal hotels. Breakfast was good, dinner was bland and overpriced. Just disappointing overall. Would not go back as there are too many wonderful hotels to chose from going forward. My advice, pick somewhere that treats you like a treasured customer!
