I really love Betabrand pants! I have many pairs and it's the only store that I actually enjoy getting emails from and looking at new designs.

-1 star for the shipping and handling. When I ordered Betabrand pants back in the day, shipping was quick and accurate. Now shipping is all over the place: I don't know when pants are arriving, a lot of them arrive slower than expected and their website does not update accurately. Their shipping system is horrendous and doesn't even respond to the postage scans. Also, refunds are tied to the shipping status and sometimes items are in limbo.

However, customer service has always been kind and helpful. They have helped me process refunds and returns.

I was going to order more pants before the new year but I decided against it. I just don't feel like going through the hassle of chasing down packages again. I'll start shopping here again next year when I am less stressed lol. Like I said: love this brand, I just wish their new tracking website worked.
