Placed two orders on June 24th. Called back within...

Placed two orders on June 24th. Called back within ten minutes of placing both orders to cancel one of them. The clerk assured me that one had been cancelled and a credit was issued. Checked order status on June 25th and 26th and discovered that both orders were still active. Called back on June 27th and was assured that one of the orders was cancelled. Today, June 28th, both orders showed up on my porch. Called back AGAIN and tried to get a credit for the extra order that was shipped. Will check again tomorrow to see if my credit card was indeed credited. What a hassle! Lied to on two different occasions, very POOR service. Will take my business somewhere else next time. Have been a loyal customer for years, this service sucks.
