The night valet, Wayne, is AMAZING. Yes, the hotel is beautiful and classy, and everything you'd want in a hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights for a conference and felt taken cared for in every way, but more than anything, Wayne made the difference. He treated me like a friend as I rolled in at 2 AM to check in and didn't forget my name the entire time. Amazingly friendly, genial, and just overall a great guy. He went out of his way to make sure that I had everything I needed both in regards to my car (of course), but really, anything else too. The desk staff wasn't exactly friendly, but Wayne made up for it. You can make a place as aesthetically pleasing as you want, but without amazing people behind it, you don't have anything. Wayne deserves a raise, a promotion, and every bit of respect that he has earned through his hard work.
