I wish I could rate a 0. Total disrespect. They claim to offer mental, dental and vision. Well that s a lie. I tried for months to make and appointment but kept getting pushed on to different numbers, people, locations and got nothing in return. No phone calls back, no help what so ever. What is this place? It s a fraud! False advertising. Come on guys, is this really how you treat you tribe? I m disgusted.
