We came from out of town for a girls trip to Music...

We came from out of town for a girls trip to Music Midtown. Decided we wanted to go to a real club since we re from a small city. Tongue and Groove did not disappoint! We got there super early (like 10:30, Friday night) and it was pretty much empty. Bartender, Andrew, was awesome and chatted with us. We went to him the whole night. He told us we could hang out wherever we wanted, even the VIP sections, until someone kicked us out. So we went upstairs in one of the sections and waited for people to show up. Got really busy around 12-12:30. We hung out in the VIP spot most of the night. All the employees were super nice. Bathrooms were clean and well-kept. The DJ was not the best but he kept the vibe going. Drinks are overpriced but we expected that. Lots of men, not a lot of women, but most of the patrons were polite and weren t creepy. We had an amazing time and 100% WILL be back when we come to town again! It was a great start to our girls weekend.
