It is not even possible to get basic information about visa requirements to the UK for someone married to an EU citizen who also has a five-year residence ID. In collaboration with a private company ( pay for info ) that company does not even get you properly started.

It is a disappointment an embassy is working hand in hand with a private company that charges up to 5 euros a minute online for something as essential as basic visa information.
