I've been going to this clinic since 2008. I've never had a bad experience. Sometimes I won't go because I know an appt won't be set for a few weeks, so I also don't go for superfluous stuff. And I will go to the ER if I need something more immediate. Unfortunately that's more of an urgent care type stuff, but you just work with the system. Everyone I've dealt with here has always been professional and compassionate.
