I have a Cineworld card so that means that I go there a lot with lots of friends. The venue, the staff, the cleanliness is good so normally nothing to complain about.

The only thing that is a pain is booking online when there are more than 5 Unlimited Card users, you can only book 5 seats so then need to book a second lot of tickets in a second booking. This means that you can't grantee sitting together as the booking process is extremely slow.
