Incredible experience - relax and have some drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the upstairs. Then its down one floor for the dining experience - bar seating or table seating - where you can watch your food being made. Can choose to have a wine tasting with the meal or a juice tasting - went for the juice, which was a great choice. Food and drink superb - Highlight for me was the French Toast piled high with black truffle (and I mean piled at around 2cm) - will never look at French Toast the same again. Reservations need to be made well in advance! Visited the same week that Michelin awarded three stars - definitely earned! Finish the evening back upstairs for sweets and coffee or tea. Fresh brewed tea infusions were outstanding. Will be back!
