I am a distributor in the mid-west and have been dealing with Bati-Orient for a number of years. Always quality and excellence from the product, and especially the personnel that they have employed. April and Jessica are absolutely phenomenal to deal with. They just plain get it. I wish I could say that about the rest of the companies I work with.
