This company has the maintenance contract on our b...

This company has the maintenance contract on our boilers and chillers. The cannot maintain any equipment at all! They only fix when broken. I don t even think they know what PM means. Preventative Maintenance! Look it up! They have let our chiller break down 3 times this season already and once it took them over two weeks to fix. This company must hire high school students fresh out of nothing.
