It s more than just a public library! There s a cafe and a section for kids to read and play. You just have to grab a good spot and sit there to read, study or work. There s pin drop silence and it makes for a great atmosphere to focus and do quality work. OBA also has a good collection of books in English. It s definitely a must-visit!
