I have been calling for months only to be told call back in another month. Each time I call I'm placed on hold which lasts about an hour and a half. When I finally get a person I'm told "please hold while I get you a tier two member" then placed back on hold only for another hour and half to two hours only to be told AGAIN "please hold while I get you a tier two member." I never hear from anyone again. All I want is my pay fixed but can't seem to get beyond the initial phone call. I've even tried the "call back" function but get the same run around. If I remain on hold and go through their cycle of "please hold" several times I eventually get hung up on with absolutely no resolution. Why??
