Their own employees are not aware of major projects going on. Called about an inquiry on a specific project going on across from my home, the girl on the phone tried to correct me on what I do for a living, then literally said I have no idea what project you re talking about after I gave clear intersection as a point of reference. The first time I called earlier this week, received no follow up, and today was transferred to Samantha Brown and believe me, it was a waste of time.
