I'm thrilled with Volt's customer service and warranty. Great customer service started with my phone call; a real person answered the phone and sincerely wanted to help. I had to send back the transformer because the light sensor stopped working. I worried I would have to wait several weeks to get the new or repaired transformer. Volt provided a mailing label, making it very easy to send back. I received an email the following day that they had received the unit and would be sending another unit the following day. I got my new transformer in 5 days.
