My family is purchasing a new home under the project management of this company. To date, we are 2.5 months past our expected closing date and the build of our home hasn't even started. Its understandable these delays are exaggerated by Covid, and some delays are also understandably just part of the process.
HOWEVER, the Project Manager from this company and representative tasked with providing us with updates is completely inconsiderate and incompetent at keeping us informed of the progress; or rather, continued delays. To date, which is over 8 months now, I have to ask for an update, which can take weeks to be provided. As target milestone completion dates come to pass, no one seems to be able to confirm if the milestone was completed, in progress, or delayed for weeks....useless!

I've reached out to the President and I hope this will spark improvement, but until proven otherwise, I would never willingly do business with company again.
