I sold my apartment, I did not choose it. The buyer had a mortgage related to the sale and his bank (Bankia) imposed the management. I had to cancel my previous mortgage and I chose to manage that process, which seems to have been very bad for them, since they could not get money out of that process. At the time of signing I am retained nothing more and nothing less than 2000 euros (to cover the cancellation in the case that I did not do it and to pay legal expenses) figure that I see disproportionate. I comply with my part of registering the cancellation and I send them the simple note of the registration to justify it. I return to claim that they give back the provision and they do not give me any explanation. And the last thing is that I receive the notary invoice claiming payment, which should have done them (it was the only procedure that I had to do). I return to claim the person with whom I spoke before the operation and his response is that I chose to do the process and that he can not do anything but pass the claim and put me in copy (which I do not understand since I do not I am interested in their procedures and I only need answers) I am outraged, these gentlemen have 2000 euros, I had provisioned the expense of notary ... For what? They do not return it to me and I have to pay the notary an invoice that they were supposed to have paid for them with my money since for that they kept it rpovisionado.
With all the opinions that I have read, it fits what is happening to me. They remove paste from the cancellation process, from mine they could not and it seems that I pay the consequences, it is very clear. Of course I would not recommend it to anyone.
