I believe that their website is a peace of crap, but the services they provide are enough to barely make a living and if you are in need of help the system seems to take its sweet time to help you, however, they will try their best, since the organization is non-profit, do not expect average-sped customer care, but expect the fastest result these types of organizations can do in which can be frustrating due to the "non-profit organization's" dire need of "sufficient public funding" in order to maintain their efficiency. After all your in Austin, Texas, a place nearly barely affordable to anyone who is below average and nearly at the very sources of no income, to be in no way able to provide even at least a 10-13$ donation. Also the average who can barely survive due to the brutality of a Texans harsh expensive economy, high rents, bills, etc. to be the main reason that even they may be reluctant to spear at least $20 to the organization to run; in which is because imagine how worried one who has a house is to loose it, and many more outrageous economic laws and regulations within Austin, Texas is in favor to abolish the average class and lesser classes ability to live so that the less fortunate and the Average will disappear or be forced to do so. This is the goal of Texas; "Create a strictly rich-bound, and Above average-bound economic state to make the state grow to become less required to provide as much services in favor to sustain those in need." Life works is trying to help you pretty much, survive as you can, in order to eventually make you progress to be self-sufficient, and be able to get safe placement if your in crisis. This is why the state makes it barely able to provide all things.
