I was referred here by my primary doctor. I dislocated my shoulder and tore my rotator cuff. Dr Bush Joseph was the surgeon who ultimately repaired the tear. Prior to recommending surgery he referred me to rehab in hopes that the tear would not need surgery but the tear was severe.

He also was very honest in explaining that smoking reduced the chances of successful repair and no matter what the success rate due to the nature of tears is not 100 percent.

Post surgery I was referred back to rehab and then after rehab was told if I wanted to get back to 100% normal to continue the exercises at home. I was very pleased with his professionalism and down to earth interaction with me. He was genuinely concerned and listened to my questions and answered them in layman terminology.
