Generally a very good theatre. Great plays & performances. Though the communication with box office could be improved substantially as I had one cancellation ( a good few days before a play) and they never responded to my emails, nor answered the phone. Probably have to go and see them in person during the opening hours (???) which is not very convenient or best option and as result was unable to get a refund or rearrange the dates. Have not gone there since then ( King Charles III play) . Will give another chance but with that thing on it may have to wait till 2021.
