Solstice s Substance Abuse Program is completely scare tactic and ineffective. I left Solstice with even WORSE drug issues than I started with.
The girls constant bragging of their drug use in "SA," a group that s supposed to be a safe space, influenced me to return home and use hard drugs, (cocaine, xanax, meth, etc) that I would never have considered using prior to my stay at Solstice East.
Almost every girl who I keep in contact with who's been in the Solstice East SA Program has relapsed, and have worse issues than they did before. ALL of which say is due to the trauma and PTSD that they have from being at Solstice.
Solstice East did not take my issues seriously while I was there and I strongly advise against sending any child with Substance Abuse issues or a child who you're worried about being influenced by drug use here.
