A great experience. We don't usually fine dine in this fashion but it is well worth it. Every dish was a work of art that until you experience the meal hits all the senses. Smell from a special scent in the middle of the table, visual eye candy, great unknown textures, and obviously superb taste. I was worried about stepping away from the table hungry, but that was not the case. Will definitely revisit Alinea next time we are in Chicago.
