Rooms are spacious but pretty outdated. The castle in the pictures is stunning, but hotel rooms are in a different wing (which had the feel of a converted hospital ward). The sauna and indoor swimming pool were nice but didn't have towels available there (had to bring the bath towel from the room, which meant that you were short a towel for your room). We had twin beds (instead of double bed) which were okay in comfort level. We had a Groupon deal for the hotel ( 75 for a standard room on a Friday night) so did not pay full price. Overall: comfortable, but do not think it's worthy of 4 stars and would not pay full price for a room here when considering the quality of other Fletcher hotels in a similar price range.
