The services provided after sale is extremely poor. The staff is non cooperative, rude and quality of services is very poor. We love our x5 but would not ever recommend this place for service. David Lyon, their Operationa Director is extremely unprofessional and that explains the quality of their service team. Two years back, they gave us a damaged loaner car and claimed additional money accusing us for the damages. This year they told us they have no loaner car and sent us in Uber. When I went to pick up the car and requested if they can send someone to drive the second car, they agreed. The driver was nice and said he will uber back. After that I get a call stating that why I didn t drop the driver back to the showroom and he used words like abandoned the driver? Really? Since we have paid for 4 years of service, we go back. Never would recommend this place to anyone and we will never return after our 4th year.
