Lost power yesterday afternoon...NH Coop was easily accessible and notified us that there was a tree on our lines and they had a crew working on it before we called!! Our power was restored within a few hours and we received a follow up call once it was done. We are so very appreciative to have an electric company that keeps us informed and follows up on service calls!! Such a refreshing change from PSNH that would leave us without power for days with NO communication!!
