This company is an absolute joke. The website is terrible and they charge a convenience fee, $2.50, on something that makes their job easier and faster. But I digress, as I sit and try to pay a bill and the site is down. Further, I can't get assistance, which I've come to expect minimal help, when I call their customer service center.

So why one star, well a better question is how can I make it less than 1 star.
