As a Hilton Gold member, I was upgraded to a wonderful corner room overlooking the water. The executive lounge is nice with windown seats and nice food. Most of the food has been very good - especially for free. The afternoon happy hour has a red wine, white wine, Heineken, and Nastro Azzuro. Beds are comfy. Room is clean. My only complaint is that there are no power outlets next to the beds or between them in the Twin beds room. Staff is multilingual and friendly. The hotel shuttle is 6 euro per person per stay. It takes you to San Marco square only.
