No Customer service. I was looking for a jacket and as a female and new to riding it has been difficult to find a jacket that fits correctly, especially when no one helps you. I stopped by MotoSport Hillsboro on a weekday afternoon and there was plenty of staff behind the counter. I tried on every women's jacket that I could find in the shop. Sadly no one even uttered a "hello" to me.
