Lisa at Soca Design worked with my builder on material and design choices in the construction of my new home. For health reasons I told Lisa to pick everything and I didn't see most of her choices until the house was almost ready to move in. Lisa picked all fixtures, flooring, paint colors, tile , kitchen & bath cabinets, granite and quartz, and ADA accessible custom shower. I am usually a control freak but there isn't one thing that I don't LOVE! Soca Design made my new home a dream come true. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
