The service department is what drives this place as one of the worst places to go. I had a part that I had trouble with ever since I bought the off their lot and they could never fix it. I now brought it to Greenville and they found the problem. The only issue is that it is now out of warranty, which is great to know that the piece that has never been fixed in the first place should have just been replaced after the replacement warranty is out of date. Not only that but the "service manager" or the random guy they put on the phone only over talked me and wrote down my number for the guy above him to call me. I still haven't received that call. Where is the customer service, it's not here.
